1. Overview
This policy describes how Neorq House (Belgium, [email protected]) handles personal data in three situations: when you visit this website, when you contact us about a booking, and in the operation of the Neorq House publishing application ("the App"). We collect as little data as possible and we protect what we do collect.
2. What we collect
- Booking and contact correspondence — when you e-mail us or message us on social media, we receive what you send: typically your name, your contact details and the details of your event.
- Website — this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. Our infrastructure providers process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely, as described in section 6.
- The App — the App publishes Neorq House's own content to Neorq House's own social media accounts. It does not collect, store or process personal data of the public or of third-party users.
3. How we use it
- Answering you — replying to booking enquiries and preparing proposals (legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to you).
- Performing a contract — organising and delivering a booked performance.
- Operating the App — the App stores only the technical credentials (access tokens) needed to post to our own accounts, and the media files being published. Tokens are stored securely on our own server.
4. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with anyone, in any way, for any purpose.
- We do not use your data for advertising or send marketing you did not ask for.
- We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
- We do not keep your data longer than needed (see section 7).
5. Security
- All connections to this website and to the platforms we publish to are encrypted (HTTPS).
- Access tokens and correspondence are accessible only to the Neorq House team.
- We apply industry-standard security measures and keep our systems up to date.
6. Third parties we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and content delivery for this website; processes technical connection data to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- Google Fonts — the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive the technical request data needed to deliver them.
- Google (Gmail) — our mailbox provider for booking correspondence.
- Social media and music platforms — TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Spotify, which we publish to through their official APIs or link to; your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not transfer your data internationally beyond what these providers require to operate, and such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law.
7. Retention
- Booking correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, for concluded bookings, as long as Belgian legal and accounting obligations require.
- App access tokens are kept only while the App is in use and can be revoked at any time from the connected account's security settings, which immediately ends the App's access.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- object to a processing based on our legitimate interest.

9. Minors
This website and the App are not directed at minors. We do not offer any services to or with persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect or process any data of persons under 18. If you believe we have received such data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies; material changes will be visible here before they take effect.
