1. Who we are
Neorq House is a music and entertainment band operated from Belgium.
Website: https://neorqhouse.com · E-mail: [email protected].
2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the neorqhouse.com website, enquiries and bookings for our performances, our published content, and the Neorq House publishing application described in section 8. By using the site, booking us, or contacting us, you accept these terms.
3. Our services
- Live band sets — the full line-up for festivals, main stages and large events.
- DJ sets — club nights, after-parties and smaller venues.
- Full entertainment programs — a complete evening built around our show, for private and corporate events.
4. Bookings, quotes and payment
- A booking starts with an enquiry by e-mail or direct message. We answer with availability and a written proposal (programme, duration, technical needs, price).
- A booking is confirmed only when both parties have agreed to the proposal in writing. The agreed proposal — together with these terms — forms the booking contract.
- Payment terms (deposit, balance, invoicing) are stated in each proposal. We never ask for banking details by direct message.
5. Cancellation
- Cancellation terms are stated in each written proposal.
- If we must cancel a confirmed performance for reasons within our control, all amounts already paid for that performance are refunded in full.
- In cases of force majeure (illness, travel disruption, safety, official measures), both parties will first seek a replacement date; if none is possible, amounts paid for the cancelled performance are refunded.
6. Conduct at events
We perform in venues under the responsibility of the organiser. The organiser provides a safe stage, power and the agreed technical setup. We may interrupt or end a performance if the safety of the band, crew or audience is at risk; in that case fees for the performance remain due.
7. Content and intellectual property
- All music, recordings, videos, images, the Neorq House name and the Neorq House logo are owned by or licensed to Neorq House. They may not be reused commercially without our written permission.
- Our performances may be photographed or filmed by us or on our behalf for our own communication (website, social media, promotion). Organisers of private events can agree different rules with us in the proposal.
- Our music and videos are also available on third-party platforms (Spotify, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
8. The Neorq House publishing application
- The Neorq House application ("the App") is an internal publishing tool. It uploads and posts Neorq House's own music, images and video content to Neorq House's own social media accounts (such as TikTok) through their official APIs.
- The App is used only by Neorq House and its team. It is not offered to the public and does not act on behalf of third-party users.
- All content published through the App is owned by or licensed to Neorq House, and the App complies with the terms and community guidelines of the platforms it publishes to.
9. Minors
Our website, our App and our booking services are directed at adults. We do not offer services to, or conclude contracts with, persons under 18 years of age. Attendance of minors at public performances is the responsibility of the event organiser and the minor's guardians.
10. Personal data
How we handle personal data (booking e-mails, the website, the App) is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
The website, our content and the App are provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions of third-party platforms or of the website, nor for indirect damage arising from the use of our content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute we will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies.
